The Basics
Heel Hook Advisory works with over 1,500 service providers to provide our clients with a multitude of options for their business needs. Depending on our client's preferences, we can aim to re-negotiate existing contracts to better align with their business goals or we can provide options to replace current service providers with a better fit.
Our services are completely free to our clients. We receive our fees from our distribution partners only.
Our clients will never receive an invoice from Heel Hook Advisory.
The Process
Heel Hook focuses on our client's problematic contracts. Using our industry knowledge and relationships, we assess whether our client's current vendors are meeting their performance obligations and cost expectations. From there, we provide the client with our findings and recommendations on ways to move forward. After mutually deciding on a strategy, Heel Hook will assist with the negotiations and/or transitions the client desires.
